Lake Washington + Lake Sammamish Loop Tried to mostly keep it in zone 1/2… didn’t eat before the ride… got bonked pretty hard. It’s nice to see a 19.71mph at 143 avg hr (that’s barely into Zone 2)… I didn’t have my Garmin/bike computer with me, but I had my Polar HRM, so I was able to focus just on HR and feel, had no idea how fast I was going till I just entered it in to gmap-pedometer. Took the day off from riding and writing yesterday. Not to say that the 20-miler took that much out of me, but it felt nice not to worry about finding time to go on a ride.
