Program for the Future (video, about 80 minutes) where Alan Kay and Andy van Dam discuss Doug Engelbart’s ideas in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the mother of all demos (I picked this up from mark miller’s site: Tales of inventing the future ) This video is very good, hard hitting analysis about how great visions can be spoiled, that we could have done better.
