Road to Ironman: Competitive Week 7 This was the longest week in the training plan so far: 18.5 hours, though I skipped a day, so really I only did about 15 hours. Had some really key workouts that went well, and I’m noticing that the long runs and bikes I’m doing on the weekends have a fair amount of threshold work built in.
